Mara Eden Safari Camp This new camp is situated along the banks of the river Talek and has just 10 beautiful safari tents, each with own terrace and view over the Talek River into the plains of Masai Mara. If you a lucky you will wake up from the roar of a leopard and after that enjoy a group of giraffes direct in front of your tent! Each tent is raised on a wooden deck, with a seating area at the front for relaxed game and bird viewing. All the tents have hot and cold running water, a flush toilet, 24 hour solar lighting and tasteful décor. A kaleidoscope of wild animals from wildebeest in their thousands following century old trails with cheetahs hot on their tracks to hyenas laughing away await the traveler's lens. Awake every morning to this rich and natural panoramic experience at Mara Eden Safari Camp. On spectacular game drives, comfortable accommodation, delicious meals and, above all, remarkable service. The camp consists of a cozy setting of 10 tents placed along the river's edge, raised on wooden decks, each with a touch of natural décor, hot showers, flush toilet and 24 hour solar lighting, giving you a feel of the African bush with a hint of elegance and a shower of comfort. The owner Jay and Munir are full of power and still in love with this peaceful place, they love the animals and like there guest. They will do everything, that you will never forget the days in this Camp and in Masai Mara! Restaurant The main building is centrally placed, having tents on either side, and is raised on a wooden platform. It has a dining area that seats 30 guests and a lounge area with a fully stocked bar. From our adjoining kitchen we serve a full English breakfast, a 3 course lunch and a 5 course dinner. Tea and coffee are available throughout the day. Guided Game Walks Feel the pulse of Africa through your boots while taking a guided walk with our qualified trails guide. Visit our resident crocodiles and pod of hippos. On the way, learn about the Masai culture and the medicinal trees and plants they have used for generations. Bush lunch and dinner Served in the midst of the wilderness, enjoy a scrumptious meal while watching the birds and the Vervet monkeys frolicking around at the lunch table or enjoy the sounds of the African evening around a warming fire whilst enjoying your meal. With stunning landscapes and abundant game make for a spectacular view from above.on the day of your balloon flight, you take off just before sunrise and are airborne for about an hour, drifting along one of the rivers you are bound to see a Pandoras box of game, a photographic galore, upon landing a champagne breakfast awaits you.
